Session Times

We have session times available 7 days a week, with evening hours available. Sessions are based on a 50-55 minute hour. How frequently sessions occur is determined by your needs, schedule and desired outcome. At the initial session, we will take time to help you determine the session frequency that is right for you. Please call or email for a no cost consultation.

Initial evaluation sessions are typically 60-minutes at a rate of $165 for in or out-of-network insurance, if paying out-of-pocket the fee is $148.50. 


Individual psychotherapy sessions are typically 50-55 minutes in length, and the usual fee for these sessions is $135 for in or out-of-network insurance, if paying out-of-pocket the fee is $121.50.


The fee for a family or couple session is $135. If you choose to forgo billing insurance for your service, your therapist can discuss an adjusted fee for service rate.

A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for those that are not using their insurance. Please call or email for more details.

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment. A $100 fee will be charged for late cancellations made within 24 hours, barring medical emergency.
