Meet Paige Mullins, LICSW...
Paige is a licensed independent clinical social worker who is motivated to support individuals and their families toward healing and well-being. She believes in a person-centered approach to therapy that is collaborative, empathetic, and hopeful. Paige approaches her therapeutic work with curiosity and compassion and strives to recognize each person’s unique experiences, self-determination, self- expression, and growth.
Paige received her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from Willamette University and a Master of Social Work (Mental Health) from the University of Washington. She has clinical experience in treating: anxiety disorders, depressive/mood disorders, adjustment issues, trauma, and other socio-emotional and behavioral concerns in children, tweens, teens, and adults. While her therapeutic approach is dynamic and adapted to reflect each individual’s or family’s needs, she often pulls from modalities such as Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She also uses principles of Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and is trained in Helping the Non-Compliant Child (HNC) to assist with behavior management in children and provide parenting support.
